Change is inevitable. There are two kinds of change: reality and the perception of reality. The former is what it is; the latter is what we want it to be.
To change we need to change twice: Examine our reality, and our vision of reality. We need to see again twice: Seeing the facts that make up reality through a methodical examination, and becoming aware of our blind spots.
In both cases, the secret lies not in seeing more, but in seeing in a different way.
