We work mainly with family businesses, since 9 out of 10 companies in the world are family-owned. Although they account for 75% of the GDP, only 15% of such businesses reach the third generation because they lack the basic tools to implement long-term management strategies.
The main problem these companies face is the informality of family work interactions which prevails over the formality of a professional organization. The growth of the family-company system requires a more professional approach.
All companies wishing to keep their family character must have the capacity to be professional.
